Ergonomics Assessments

Our occupational therapists will conduct an ergonomics assessment of the work environment in order to accommodate the client’s individual needs, as well as their specific work tasks. An effective ergonomics assessment leads to an increased ability to work, and reduces workplace barriers and symptom-aggravating factors. Ergonomics assessments can be carried out in any work environment, including home offices. Comprehensive reports with specific equipment and service accommodations are provided.

Worksite Assessments

Worksite Assessments

Our occupational therapists will conduct a worksite assessment to review job tasks with respect to the client’s functional needs. The assessment will identify workplace-specific accommodations to meet the client’s needs in collaboration with clients, employers and funders. Comprehensive reports with specific equipment and service accommodations are provided.

Case Management

Case Management

Our occupational therapists will provide case management services including planning, coordinating and monitoring of care and services specific to the client’s needs.

Workplace Accessibility Assessments

Workplace Accessibility Assessments

Our occupational therapists will provide workplace accessibility assessments to meet the specific needs of client’s who are using mobility supports or have difficulty accessing the work environment easily. Comprehensive reports with specific equipment and service accommodations are provided.

Equipment Trials and Evaluations

Equipment Trials and Evaluations

Equipment trials and evaluations are incorporated into all of our client services to ensure that the equipment being recommended meets the client’s specific functional needs, and is compatible with existing equipment and devices at their worksite.

Preventative Ergonomics Seminars

Preventative Ergonomics Seminars

We offer a preventative ergonomics seminar designed to teach your employees how to make appropriate ergonomic adjustments at their workstation. The session includes demonstrations on your office equipment and electronic materials for future reference. Each session is approximately 45 minutes to one hour in duration and can be scheduled during your lunch hour. Please contact us for more details.

Fee-for-service applies to all interventions.

Persons with disabilities may qualify for subsidy under specific programs. Please contact us for more information.
