Through WorkBC Assistive Technology Services, she was able to receive funding for a new set of hearing aids.
“Thanks so much for the Assistive Technology Services program. This program allows me to use hearing aids at an affordable price, it helps me a lot,” she shares.
“It helps me hear voices from around me at work, communicate more effectively with colleagues, and improve work efficiency and the quality of customer service,” she continues. “It allows me to capture sounds that I couldn’t hear clearly before, so I don’t have to worry about the embarrassment caused by slow response due to unclear hearing.”
Yong Dan was impressed with the service she received.
“I would recommend the Assistive Technology Services program to others,” she says. “The Assistive Technology Services program has done a great job!”
