Mary is a stylist working at a salon in Sechelt.

“My hearing was effecting how I communicated with clients,” she explains.

Her audiologist recommended her a new set of hearing aids, and to cover the cost, he referred her to WorkBC Assistive Technology Services.

She applied for funding and was approved, allowing her to get the high-quality hearing aids her audiologist recommended.

“I can hear clients,” she exclaims. “I’m hearing sounds I had forgotten about.”

Mary says she would recommend WorkBC Assistive Technology Services to others in need, particularly commending the service she received from staff.
